FLA will change its drug testing service to Affinity eHealth as of February 15, 2010. ALL CLIENTS CURRENTLY BEING TESTED SHOULD RECEIVE INFORMATION ON THE NEW PROCEDURE FROM AFFINITY NO LATER THAN FEB. 9th. If you have not received notice from Affinity by that date, please contact FLA immediately so you are not dropped from testing.
