NEW TESTING PROCEDURE

FLA will change its drug testing service to Affinity eHealth as of February 15, 2010. ALL CLIENTS CURRENTLY BEING TESTED SHOULD RECEIVE INFORMATION ON THE NEW PROCEDURE FROM AFFINITY NO LATER THAN FEB. 9th. If you have not received notice from Affinity by that date, please contact FLA immediately so you are not dropped from testing. You can get more information regarding the new service by reviewing the Participant Handbook under the “Forms” tab of this web site (the General Information and Forms link).
